ToHa 1 was awarded 1st place in CTBUH competition for categories Building Excellence

ToHa 1 was awarded  LEED Platinum in 2019 and is one of the highest performing office towers in Israel. The CTBUH excellence acknowledgment comes after 3 years of operation – the building performs highly in comfort, occupant satisfaction, and energy and water savings.
