Hadera nearly net zero courthouse led by Alfa to be the first project in Israel to be awarded 3 Star per SI-5281 for assembly projects

The Hadera Nearly NZE building designed and constructed per government requirements for exceptional energy-saving performance has started occupancy in 2020. The project was certified by Alfa together with Neomi Gelbert to the highest 3-star rating achieved in Israel for public assembly projects.
