Microsoft Campus awarded LEED V4 GOLD

Alfa led the sustainable design and certification of the Microsoft Campus originally targeted LEED V4 SILVER to receive a higher LEED GOLD rating in April, 2020. 

The project is the first project in Israel to achieve the LEED V4 CS GOLD rating.

The project includes a unique double-skin facade, energy-efficient HVAC systems, a unique PV renewable energy production system, and many more sustainable features.
