Yael Peery

Partner | LEED Green Associate | Fitwel Ambassador | CompSci (BA), Env. Studies (MSc)

Yael is a graduate of the Environmental Studies Masters from the Porter School at Tel-Aviv University specializing in urban sustainability. Yael is a LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Ambassador.

Throughout her studies, she worked on projects related to green building and smart cities. Yael holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv University with over 15 years of experience working as a software engineer in the telecommunications industry.

At Alfa, Yael manages LEED, WELL and Fitwel projects. She led the Microsoft Campus, Herzliya LEED and Fitwel certifications, completing them to higher certification levels than initially targeted. Yael works on both local and international sustainability consulting projects and performs environmental surveys.
