Background
Totzeret Haaretz (ToHa) is a premium high-end office tower in central Tel Aviv. Its design includes an advanced, innovative double-skin façade developed specifically for the hot climate, giving occupants excellent thermal and visual comfort. The building offers over 53,000 m² of office space, four underground parking floors and 28 above ground, plus several restaurants including a rooftop restaurant with excellent views. Completed in 2018.
