Noemi Gelbart

Noemi leads the “5281 Department” at Alfa. With many years of experience in the field, she brings a perspective of quality construction that is environmentally friendly and beneficial for users. Her work involves various and diverse projects with emphasis on residential and mixed-use developments, as well as specialization in educational and public buildings.

Noemi participates in expert committees for writing green building standards and local energy standards and has extensive knowledge in training and implementing these topics.

As one of the founding members of the Green Building Consultants Union, she also served for five years as the chairperson of the ‘Association for the Advancement of Sustainable Building Consultants’. Additionally, since 2020, Noemi has been a board member of the Israel Green Building Council (ILGBC).
